How to Enter: During the Cyberhunt Period, you may go to www.ReunionCapitalUSA.com, which will link directly to the Cyberhunt Entry Page. You will fill out the Cyberhunt Entry Form and be given a User Name (your email address) and a computer-generated Password, which will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail address. You will then be able to view five (5) “hints.” Use the hints to find this symbol on each of 5 Cyberlinks.

Once you find the symbol, click on it. Once you have found all 5 symbols, you will be officially entered into the Cyberhunt. Any other attempted form of email/Internet entry is prohibited. You cannot use programmed, macro, robotic or similar methods to enter. The PGCCVB, its Partners, Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect information and/or capture of on-line entry information, nor are they responsible for any and all hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet host/website/accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or acts of God, that may cause the entry to fail. There may be only one entry per person during the Cyberhunt Period. Online entries must be received by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time, December 31st, 2009. All entries become the exclusive property of the PGCCVB and its Partners and Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

CyberhuntPrize Package: One (1) Cyberhunt Prize Package to be awarded and hosted prior to August 31, 2010. The Cyberhunt Prize Package for 1 winner and up to 39 guests will be comprised of:

Standard hotel accommodations (2nights/3days) for up to 25 standard rooms provided by a participating Partner and/or Sponsor during the designated months chosen exclusively by the PGCCVB and its accommodations’ Partner and/or Sponsor.

Food/catering services for one reunion dinner, one breakfast buffet, and one evening reception provided for up to 40 people by the PGCCVB and its participating Partners and/or Sponsor.

Reunion Day at Six Flags America® for up to 40 people during the designated months chosen exclusively by the PGCCVB and Six Flags America®. “Day” includes reserved picnic area, food and beverage for up to 40 people, and park admission for up to 40 people.

A guided cultural tour of Prince George’s County for up to 40 people. Date and time of the tour to be selected by the PGCCVB or its designated representative with the consent of the Cyberhunt winner.

Hospitality room provided by a participating Partner and/or Sponsor, with capacity for up to 40 people.

Genealogy workshop for up to 40 people.

Up to 40 white, cotton t-shirts screen-printed with reunion name, reunion date, reunion locations, and reunion Partners/Sponsors provided in a standard selection of sizes.

Transportation, other than the guided cultural tour of Prince George’s County, is not included.

Room accommodations, food, t-shirts and cultural tour as specified above, may be provided for additional guests above and beyond the 40 provided for in the Cyberhunt at the going rate for such services. Arrangements must be made at least 16 weeks in advance and through the event planner specified by the PGCCVB.
